Award scrolls are issued to people who have received awards and who have registered arms and name. Scrolls have a larger Kingdom seal and a (smaller) College of Heralds seal attached. The Kingdom seal is usually the first seal and should be higher than the College of Heralds seal. The Provost or Warden will affix seals to completed and approved award scrolls (using acid free, archival quality glue).

The seals are made of bottle sealing wax with some ochre added to reduce transparency.

When designing original scrolls, please leave room for the seals.
